Kyla and Corban were the ideal renters. I actually only met Kyla's brother, who picked up the trailer, and Corban, on the day the trailer was dropped off. They brought Bob back in great shape. There was some concerns I had over the awning arms not closing properly but I watched some YouTube videos and noticed that it is a common issue with awning arms not closing properly. It happens when the awning is stretched due to wind. I learned something new and now have a better understanding of how I can help others in a similar situation.
