Communication with host was good and he was responsive when contacted. The camper was not as advertised. All looked well when the inspection was done before pick up however once arriving to our destination with full hook ups we paid for with our camp site reservation, we discovered that we did not have a working fridge. Host was quick to come to our spot nearby and checked things out as my husband discovered a missing part on the trailer that looked to be removed and cut out affecting this. He brought us a small bar fridge to use. At that time we also shared with him that the one stabilizer jack on the back of the trailer was broken which he was not aware of. Later that evening we discovered that the hot water was not working and the septic tank was full taking my husband over two hours to clean it out. We also had empty propane tanks and could not access this for cooking. This camper although nice was simply a place for us to sleep and have some air conditioning for the weekend. The main amenities used to bathe, cook and store our food were not in working order making this camper not worth what we paid to rent it.

Great host, RV was as advertised. Communication was very good for pick up and drop off. Would rent again from this host no problem.

Extremely easy to work with and the trailer was great and met our needs!
