Nice people but had quite a few challenges. Caused damage but let us know about main issues right away. Communicated well (but did not return unit in the same way it was given). Also had a pet that we were not aware of. Lots of additional work to clean and restock the unit. All in all very friendly people who just had some bad luck on their holiday which was unfortunate
