Thank you to Patricia for this great experience. Great communication, fast responses with all our questions. She delivered and set it up for us, and at the end of the week came and picked it up. The camper trailer was pretty near perfect for us. Our only drawback was the mattress was not as comfortable as we would have liked, but all in all we would rent this camper trailer again.

Patricia’s trailer was great! It was so nice to come to our site and have the trailer already set up for us. We are very grateful that everything we needed was already there. We are normally tent campers so we really didn’t know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised.

The trailer worked well. We pointed out a few issues that she said would be corrected when she visits the dealer for service. Patricia was very friendly and flexible for pick up and drop off etc.

Everything was great .. love this trailer would highly recommend it . Everything was functional had no issues with anything .

Patricia’s trailer was clean and ready to go when we arrived. It was excellent accommodation for my son and his wife during their stay. They were thrilled with all it’s amenities and functions. It included everything you would need to enjoy the great outdoors. We would highly recommend Patricia’s trailer!

Patricia was great, she was lots of help an great at communicating at a quick message. Trailer it's self, was also great especially the AC seeing it was so hot lol

Very pleasant renting experience!

The owner mentioned she would need to be home by a certain time, so I think she was in a hurry when when she arrived. I am not sure she completed a walk through or pre-check before coming to the campground since she forgot the extension cord for the power and hadn’t swept out the trailer. I needed to request an extension power cord from the campground. Once she set the trailer up, it was not level. I pointed out that it’s wasn’t level but she just said “it was fine, it isn’t going anywhere”. The area was under a tornado watch at the time, so this was concerning. Over the weekend the trailer was less level as it settled. I wasn’t given a proper walk through of where things were or how to work the systems within the trailer. The toilet leaked - the owner mentioned that the last renter told her of a leak and she that she had placed a container under the toilet. The container was very small and did not help contain the leak. The leak was very apparent as soon as the water was turned on, you could hear the hiss of water and the water leaked from bathroom, under door to main door area and out the trailer, it puddled near base of the side of the sleeping area and out the door of the trailer, leaving the area very wet and unsanitary. I reached out to her to convey the seriously message of the issue but she didn’t offer a solution, only thanked me and said she couldn’t get the trailer in to be fixed until July. I had no choice but to keep the water turned off or only turn it on as I needed to use it, which was very inconvenient and frustrating given I chose a trailer with facilities purposely. The lights in bathroom didn’t work - so the space was very dark once you closed the door. The kitchen sink did not have a stopper to allow you to do dishes - I had to do the dishes in a friend’s trailer. I could not lock door to trailer, this may have been because the trailer was not level.

The host was good to deal with at the beginning, unfortunately, the trailer was a huge disaster once I got to the location to open it up. mold in the fridge, the toilet still had used toilet paper in it, and it stunk so bad when opening the door we never went in it ever again for the rest of the rental I did call the host to ask if we could return it as we rented for a reason to use shower and toilet as we were at a race track with no accommodations for that. Hence why I rented a trailer in the first place. I was told nope it's a done deal no offer of discount from the host nor the RVezy rental company. The host told me to just put an odor puck in under the sink but that was not even close to going to work as the tank still had previous renters bowl movements in it that sat in the hot heat. for who knows how long. there are lots pics to show just not sure how to upload them. FAR WARNING open all doors and have the host open the whole trailer up before taking it away to the site. I learned a valuable lesson here. We came in late and were rushed to get set up at the track never did a good enough inspection other wise i would have canceled on the spot that night. We pay a cleaning fee to the rental company yet this was also full of looked-to-be Huskey dog fur on all couches etc. beds his was 100% not cleaned before the previous renter.
