Shauna was an excellent guest. She was on time for the drop-off and pick-up and left the RV so clean (a minor miracle considering it was a wet, muddy weekend)! There was an issue with the water pump and she sent me a message immediately. She was so accommodating about the inconvenience and worked around it. I would be very happy to rent to her anytime!
