We are total newbies and Mitch set us up properly and was responsive with every question we had. Great trailer to rent and tow with an SUV, we would do it again! He dropped the trailer off and set it all up in the pouring rain. He provided clear instructions on operating things and offered to come back if we had any issues. We had no issues. We would definitely rent from Mitchell again.
