We had a great time in Emily's RV and were grateful she allowed us earlier pickup and later drop off. Emily and her family were very nice throughout, though sometimes the communication was not immediate. Some minor things we had to figure out ourselves like the fridge only runs on propane when not plugged in at a camp and also how to turn on the hot water as the valve under the sink had been shut off. Other than that our drive went very smoothly and the RV was perfect for our 8-day road trip. The RV had almost everything we needed, even beach chairs! Some very minor things we could have used additionally were drinking glasses or mugs, some teaspoons. We would definitely consider renting with Emily again if we're back in the area and would recommend it to others.

This RV was amazing, great to drive and very easy to park. The beds are nice and comfortable, mattresses are good. The kitchen works well and has all the appliances, cutlery, pots, pans, knives etc you will need (maybe just a knife sharpener is needed). We went all the way from Vancouver to jasper and Banff and back! Very nice trip, Emily was fantastic and allowed us to pick up the rv early which was a great help on our first day! Would highly recommend this rv for anyone looking to go on a cross country road trip. Emily is a great owner and was super helpful when needed. Our only negative comment was that the rv has no central locking so you need to lock the doors with the key! Otherwise a very great rv, also it was perfectly cleaned when we picked it up. It was our first RV experience and our whole family enjoyed it! The RV was clean and some of the essentials included. Emily was great and very helpful. We will definitely want to rent again next year!

Overall, we had a great trip, Emily was very responsive, and the RV was in good condition. There were a few electrical issues and other RV features (e.g. the canopy) that were not working for our trip which was a little disappointing. We also foundation the orientation at pick up to not be comprehensive but fortunately the owner manual was available so we could research. Worth noting we are first time RVr's so someone more experienced would be fine. Overall I would recommend this RV.
