Especially flexible in the drop-off and hook up. They gave us an amzaing orientation and made us feel confident as first time renters and pod campers. Great communication and very availability. I showed up at their residence with the wrong connector but was quickly supplied a new modified unit by Eric at no cost. My wife and I were thrilled. I would absolutely recommend engaging this couple. The unit itself is a bit aged but very easy to use. All amenities worked as advertised. The unit was exactly the size I needed to accommodate 2 adults for 5 days and being able to tow with an older SUV. The fridge is large with a freezer that is more than sufficient. Tank management was far easier than I anticipated being a newbie to the RV scene. Lastly, I suffered a car issue just prior to our scheduled rental period which caused a 1 day delay in picking up the unit. I fully assumed the cost of 1 day was my burden given a contract is a contract. To my surprise Aleasha reimbursed me for the missed day without my asking. Where else does this happen? Overall a very enjoyable and personable experience in meeting this hard working young couple and Wanda - who entertained us while Eric picked up the new connector..
