Vann was super nice and pleasant to deal with. He went thru the RV with me, showed me where everything was and what to watch for

What Can I say about Vann, He and his wife are AMAZING! the RV was delivered on time, exceptionally clean plenty of extras towels, bedding, The unit was stocked. He was able to put the RV in a location that was highly desired, It took some time and effort from him and his misses but they placed it perfectly. If that had been me and my misses it would have been a world war. Vann was never without a smile and a pleasurer to work with, if there were 10 star's he would get 11.

Vann made this experience super easy. Everything from unit condition / amenities and pick up / drop off was as good as it can get. I would definitely rent this unit from Vann again.
