Nice trailer, lots of space when the slide is out Great communication back and forth with the owner.

Trailer was good. Great fit for our family of 5. Plenty of space and plenty of storage. AC kept the trailer cool despite temperatures in the high 30s. Lost stars for 2 reasons. First, hot water heater didn't work, so we went a week without hot water. Shawn tried to help troubleshoot it via text but wasn't able to resolve it. Told me to YouTube it. Spent the first couple hours after arriving trying to get the water heater working. Second, when we originally booked, we booked Sunday to Monday, even though our trip was Sunday to Sunday. Reached out to Shawn proper to finalizing the booking to confirm we could pick up the trailer at 9am on the Sunday. If not, we told him we'd book the Saturday too, in order to ensure we were able to head out first thing Sunday morning. A couple of days before our trip Shawn advised us that he'd booked the trailer and it wouldn't be back until 3-5 pm Sunday and he'd need to clean it, so we could pick up between 5-7 pm, which didn't work for us as we had a 5 hour drive ahead of us and the campground gates closed at 10. We ended up picking up the trailer on Sunday evening and leaving Monday morning. Shawn credited us a night of the trailer and the campsite, but we still lost a day of holidays, which was extremely disappointing.

Had a blast with Shawn’s trailer! Shawn was very helpful and offered an alternative tow-hitch and sway bars making the haul so much more enjoyable.

Trailer was in good condition. Perfect fit for what we needed for our family of 5. Shawn was super helpful with everything. Thank you for coming back to help us! Great host!
