Really great clean trailer! Kids loved it and so did we.

Overall, we had a great experience! The RV was clean and exactly as advertised. The owners were friendly.

We were very disappointed with the trailer rented and the interaction with the trailer owner. The trailer likely came straight from storage to our campsite. The unit was dirty and in unsanitary conditions . It was also missing pots and pans (we only found 2 frying pans), no kitchen essentials and utensils, range exhaust did not work, the main bedroom mattress did not have a proper cover and it had large stained marks. The dining table was missing and we couldn’t eat inside. The furnace/AC filter looked like it had never been changed and the second room bed was missing 1 support leg and had second leg damaged. Overall, the inside was a poor 3/10 and the outside a 4/10 with broken parts, some rust and weathered. Definitely not what we expected for the rate we were charged. We brought this up to Walter and the reply we received from him did not address any of the issues mentioned. He simply said we were late to submit a complaint and he would not consider any kind of fee reduction for the rental. The trailer is not worth what we paid for and I don't know if the owner had any idea of the true condition of the trailer before the rental. Not happy at all with this unit and the poor response from the owner. At the end of the rental period, we handed over the trailer in far better shape than when it was delivered to us. I have to say that Dave and his wife, the couple that delivered the trailer, were exceptionally nice and accommodating and tried their very best to help us out. Paula and Vladimir
