The trailer was delivered & in immaculate condition! It had everything you’d need for a wonderful experience! We will definitely recommend this trailer as it’s been one of the most positive rental experiences we’ve had on RVezy! Hoping we will get another opportunity in the future to rent this trailer again!

He went above and beyond as far making sure we had everything we would need from propane to power sources and options for an unpowered site. My family will definitely rent from Francois again.

From the very start, he was incredibly patient and kind—even though we hit a bunch of delays getting in, he stayed in communication the entire time and worked with us through the chaos. It was a trying arrival (as Shambhala tends to be), but François handled it all with so much grace, and we’re so thankful for that. The trailer itself was super clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for the weekend. Everything worked perfectly, and you could tell he takes pride in maintaining it well. Even when it came time to leave, and things were still a bit hectic, François remained calm, accommodating, and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth experience from start to finish. Truly such a great host—friendly, reliable, and just an overall gem to rent from.
