Michael L.août 2023Enjoyed the RV experience- Shayne N.juil. 2023Although the motorhome was satisfactory, we encountered several issues during our trip. The Cabot trial had to be canceled because the renters informed us that the motorhome couldn't make the trip due to transmission and brake potential issues. Firstly, the generator was not functioning, limiting our access to power unless we were at a campsite, Engine light was concealed under electrical tape. Furthermore, the couch bed lacked a mattress, and to compound matters, the windshield wiper snapped off while driving, revealing signs of aging in this older unit. Unfortunately, on the first day of our rental, one of the captain chairs broke, resulting in a shortage of seating and causing significant inconvenience by occupying space. Based on our experience, I would recommend considering this motorhome for shorter trips exclusively.

David motorhome is the most important part of it. I never drove one before and David just go though everything with me and even took me a driving lesson. Really appreciate that. And once you settle in the campsite, you are enjoying the time with your house right beside you. Very satisfied with everything David did. I will see you very soon. David is highly recommend.

To provide an accurate assessment, it's important to note the circumstances that led us to choose this rental were compromised by a last-minute safety issue for which we agreed to take the unit despite some initial reservations. However, upon receiving the RV, it was evident that it was not fit for the road. We encountered several non-functioning items within the vehicle, which significantly impacted our trip. Despite the owner's best efforts to address the issues promptly, there were multiple instances where things went wrong during our vacation. While we appreciated David's positive attitude and eagerness to assist, the state of the RV left us somewhat disappointed. I would caution any potential renters to thoroughly inspect the unit and ensure they receive full disclosure of all services and items that may not be functioning properly prior to booking it. In conclusion, the overall condition of the RV was subpar, leading to a less than ideal vacation experience. Prospective renters should exercise caution and demand complete transparency regarding the vehicle's functionality before committing to this rental.
