Nice trailer

The trailer was everything we had expected. Our family had a wonderful time and would consider renting again in the future. Just a heads up for newbies like us, we had to learn how to operate the trailer on our own. Overall, it was easy to tow and great space inside.

Trailer was clean. Beds were incredibly hard, like sleeping on plywood. Owner generally responded right away. I had to pay extra for picking up early and delivering back later than her set times. Then she asked me to come back early so she could rent to another customer. The close out was to get my deposit back was confusing. The owner wasn’t helpful in this regard, and had no response from the RVezy rep I was dealing with until 2 days after. Have to leave a review in order to get my deposit back….

The whole process was very easy, the trailer was clean when we picked it up.. I would definitely rent from Anna again.

Trip was fine a little confusion around pick up/delivery and a little difficult to get in touch with the host. RV was good although surprised nothing was included (i.e. bedding, cutlery, soap, toilet paper, etc.).

Very cute and cozy trailer. Perfect for our trip. Majority of the indoor lights weren't working so bring a lantern or lights of some sort.

Review of first time RV delivery and set-up experience: The trailer met our basic needs. However, set up of trailer was rushed, so jacks were not extended, causing trailer to rock. Also, pilot for water heater was not set, so additional help was needed. Many lights in the trailer were flickering and needed to be replaced. Although chairs were advertised as part of package, they were not included. We expected better service as we had prepaid for delivery and set up. There was an attempt to add in an extra payment for water refill that was not part of original advertisement

Family had fun, and everything in the trailer was working.

Great little RV would definitely rent again!

There was a 60.00 charge added after the rental was complete because we wanted to pick up the RV before 3:30. I found this unprofessional because there was no discussion about this charge ahead of time, and secondly the payment was made outside of RVezy. We were not left even a broom to sweep out any debris left from our evening of camping. I felt bad to leave the floor with some (minor) dirt from our feet but there wasn’t even a paper towel to tidy up. We rent out our RV so I have a. Standard to which I believe guests are paying for, and this didn’t meet my standard. The RV was very clean and quite cute. So if you want clean and cute and are prepared to pay extra for something the owner wasn’t upfront about, than this is a great camper.

Trailer was really nice owner was easy to deal with it is perfectly priced and surprised how nice it was inside. The Queen bed was a little uncomfortable and the drive way is hard to back into if there's cars parked outside on the curb.

Easy and convenient.

Great arrangement

Anna and her husband were great to deal with. The trailer is easy to tow, and the layout is perfect with the slide making the space feel much bigger than you would expect. The trailer came well equipped with blocks, wood leveling, and a host of cords. Thanks!

The trailer was perfect for our needs travelling from Ontario to Alberta and back. Whether hooked up at a campsite or boondocking in the mountains we had everything we needed. Anna and family were easy to deal with and very helpful. We would rent from them again.

Prior to booking with Anna, my questions were promptly answered and the service continued with her husband guiding me on the trailer setup process. I would definitely recommend Anna to a friend.

This trailer was perfect for our family of 5. Super clean when we picked it up. Easy to tow and very little sway on the hwy. Anna was very easy to contact and quick to respond. Would definitely rent this trailer again.

great trailer，best for middle size suv

Anna has been fast to respond when the question was asked. Good experience since it's our first time using a camper trailer and it was very nice to have Anna gave us the trailer ahead of time so we can get familiar with it before our trip. It's easy to tow and a great fit for our family of four!

Great experience with the RV, despite some confusion with pickup location & timing. Would encourage other renters to not be last minute bookers like me. Our kids were very happy to have a heated space & the awning & shower worked great. Very cozy & helped make our camping experience far more enjoyable especially given the cold, wet weather.

Loved this trailer, a little big for just the 2 of us, however it is absolutely perfect for a family of 4 or 5. The trailer was clean and well stocked if you needed anything. Pick up and drop off very easy. Thank you Anna, we had a wonderful time.

5 Stars for the RV, it is in a very good shape. It's a small RV trailer, but it has everything you need. The owner let us picked up the trailer a night ahead (even two nights ahead), we really appreciate it. (We only wanted to give one star, but because of this, we give one more star). However, the communication with the owner is REALLY REALLY BAD! The owner only gave quick response to our questions before we booked the RV. After we confirmed the booking, the owner replied our message only once and that was 2 days after we sent the message, and she was not able to answer all of our questions. As it was our first time renting a RV, we had lots of questions and preparation to do, without the owners information, we didn't know if we need to prepare anything extra. We both agreed that the return time would be 1pm on the return day. We confirmed this on the message, on the phone, and even when we met in person on the pick up day (The owner emphasized that make sure you return it at 1pm, otherwise you would get a $20/hr late return charge). However, on the return day, when we were rushing to return the RV to them, we got a surprise! The first response from the owner was oh, you didn't give me a call to make sure I'm at home. Why would I need to give you a call to make sure you are at home? We agreed the return time @1pm, that's it, you supposed to be at home at that time. Also, there were two cars parking outside of the street, on both sides of the entrance of their single driveway. With very little help from the owner, we tried very hard to back in the trailer, but with no luck, as we are not professional. We were told that we have to tow the trailer back home and wait until 6pm then tow it back to return again, because the husband of the owner would be home at that time and maybe able to help. We were super frustrated when this happened. The owner was very unorganized, and don't even remember what their schedule supposed to be like. (Later, she managed to ask the people renting the trailer next to come to my house to pick up the trailer. Thank you!) The breaker tripped at the first night, all the power outlets were not working and we didn't know what happened and where the command center was. We texted the owner, and the response is that may be it is the camp site's problem... Humm, no madam. Lucky that the people next to our camp site is using a very similar Jayco RV model and we were able to get help from them. This trip is really unforgettable. With all these problems happened. If this is your first time using a RV trailer, this owner may not be the best choice for you to deal with. But if you are an experienced RV user, and you don't need any help or any communication with the owner, this RV would be a very good choice for you as it is in a very good shape. No offence to the owner, but we are just telling the truth and what happened exactly during our rental. Cheers!

Had a wonderful time in the camping. The trailer had lots of room, pretty easy setup and my kids loved the bunk beds. Anna let me pickup the trailer a day before, that saved me lots of time. Would definitely rent from Anna again.

Thanks to Anna and Benko this was an unforgettable camping trip. Trailer was very clean and in a band new condition. They were very helpful and even offered to call/message them if we had any questions during the trip. We had a camp site with electricity reserved so this was like a home away from home. Will definitely recommend them and hope we can book their trailer again.

Trailer was nice and spacious but we do wish communication on how things work in the trailer was better.

The experience of renting the trailer was easy, rvezy is a great platform and only took 5 minutes to drive away with the trailer. Overall Had a good time on the trip, had a few issues but we dealt with them. Pre Paid $40 for a propane tank that only lasted 1 night as there was a propane leek from the fridge. Couldn’t sleep from the smell of propane and the carbon monoxide detector went off at 7am, had to evacuate my family from the trailer. Once I switched from propane to power, the smell was gone. I had to find a propane station to fill up the tank as it went empty. Second tank lasted 4 days. Tried to explain this to Anna and that was a nightmare. She relentlessly argued with me, didn’t want to hear what I had to say and called me a scammer because I wanted my $40 back. It was so tiresome just trying to explain to her that she had a leek and what happened but she kept calling me a scammer and that I was a terrible person. I tried to explain that I was genuinely concerned that she had a leek and needed to get it fixed, it wasn’t simply about the $40. Having to evacuate because the carbon monoxide detector went off is a serious thing. I told her that I was going to write a bad review and complain to rvezy about how she handled herself and her response was “go ahead, I’ll just get rvezy to take it down”. Wonder how many times she’s done that? I will definitely never rent from her again.
