Jon was very helpful in booking and explained the operation of the motorhome well and we felt very comfortable with driving this vehicle. The motorhome had extra amenities such as chairs, outside mats, axe, etc. I would reccommend renting from Jon.

We did have a couple of issues (had to do a deep cleaning when we picked it up - may want to double check before pickup) but Jon rectified and compensated us for the inconvenience.

Anna E.sept. 2018Hi Jon, thanks for the use of the RV, it was perfect for our extended group. As per our phone conversation I totally thought I had pre paid the cleaning fee as I knew we would not have time to do it ourselves. The camp ground we were at shut off all their water the morning we left. The propane they were suppose to fill up on their way back and I'm not sure why they didn't. As for the smell of alcohol - as you mentioned on the phone it was likely vinegar. We were a group of restaurant managers with lots of good campsite cooking going on. It's likely one of them had a bottle of balsamic that upset in their belongings and used that rag to clean it? Not sure exactly but as you said, it wasn't strong and will dissipate quickly. - Wil B.sept. 2018The RV is well equipped with everything you need for cleaning, bathing, and cooking. Is very comfortable for big families it has lots of storage for pantry stuff and clothing. I loved the openess and movies for the kids, they really enjoy the coloring part as well. Thank you
