She was very kind, and everything was included, which was great. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy our trip to Banff and Jasper.

We spent an amazing summer with Julia's RV. We were 4 adults and one was my grandma who is 81 years old. The second day had some problems with the water pump, but Julia and her husband came and replaced it. All the other things worked perfectly. Our route was from Calgary to Vancouver and then came back; we didn't have any problems during the 18 days. I would definitely rent this RV again.

Renting this RV from Julia was an absolute blast, great experience. She walked me through how everything worked before I took off and remained available throughout the rental period for any questions I had.

Motorhome was damaged when we arrived the awning was not attached. Disappointed in this due to the rain we had. Tire tread was dangerously non existent. Thankfully we weren’t travelling far. My first RV Easy experience I was at least hoping for a coffee pot, tea kettle, and coffee cups to be included. Missing all the little extras that make camping a bit easier. Picnic table covers. Rv mat. Etc.

Julia was very responsive to all questions during the booking process and very flexible with pickup and drop-off. When showing us the RV, there was a warning that battery might be weak, so she obtained a new battery from another RV she has and her and her husband changed it on the spot. That showed us a lot. Would definitely rent again if ever lucky enough to visit the beautiful Canadian Rockies again.

Comfortable and clean everything worked as expected . No surprises

my experience was not a good one , the motorhome was not clean , there was No generator, had to rent a generator on top of the rental cost of the motorhome, the seal in the toilet was broken , we smelled sewer the entire time . I more than likely will not use rvesy again . not impressed with the experience at all.

Easy communication with Julia, she’s very nice. The RV was clean, she explained how it works when we picked up, it had pots, pans, utensils, we added on linens and we headed off from Edmonton- Calgary - Banff - Edmonton with no problems at all. Highly recommend 👍🏻

This camper was great and easy to use. We used it with 2 adults & 2 kids and it was the perfect amount of space for our camping adventure. We would rent this unit again. Julia was a fantastic host.

We had such a wonderful vacation in "Jenny"! Our family had never traveled in an RV before and found everything from booking to dropping off very easy :) We are a family of 5 (2 adults, 17, 15, and 11) and this RV was perfect for all of our needs. Julia was easy to get in touch with re: pick up and drop off (and was incredibly helpful with picking up items left behind ;). She explained everything before we left and was thorough with her check in upon return. We highly recommend "Jenny" to any family and will very likely book again in the future.

Julia was very communicative and helpful. Only reason I didn’t rate five stars all the way across was that I booked this RV thinking it was located in Calgary, not Edmonton. This created a lot of hassle for us on this trip, but again this was my fault and not verifying This when I booked it. I search for RVs in Calgary and I guess some of the results the site gave me were as far away as Edmonton. There was no generator, leveling blocks, nor were there enough towels and sheets provided for the 5 people in my group. Be prepared if your campsite does not have power hookups or you have a larger party and need more linens.

Great RV to rent! Everything worked well and it was easy to get around in it. Was nice to have the option to have the owner refill and dump. Definitely recommend renting this unit!

Camper worked great, was perfect size for our group and had zero issues. host was excellent to communicate with.

Nice VR overall and good communication with renter. VR could use some fixing up with doors being hard to open and sometimes blocking completely. Julia offered us some free KM as we had to do an extra 700km due to the wild fires in Jasper.

Julia was great

The RV was great in many ways. It ran perfectly, was comfortable to travel and sleep in, and fridge and freezer worked well. There were 2 frying pans, one pot, and two serving bowls - all in excellent condition. There were also some kitchen utensils such as flippers, spoon, can opener, scissors, etc. However, the only dishes provided were paper plates and plastic/wood cutlery. No bowls, cups, mugs of any kind. We flew in from out of province, so we couldn't practically bring our own. The bedding provided was also rather limited. The biggest problem overall was that the seal that keeps the toilet from stinking didn't work, so we often smelled septic. Pretty gross. In terms of dealing with RVezy - they were really quick to apply (valid) extra charges, but I returned the unit 5 days ago and still no return of the security deposit, despite the owner verifying that everything was fine with the RV. Overall, this RV worked for us, but don't expect perfection in what comes with it, or in dealings with RVezy.

This is our second time renting from Julia and as before, it was a great holiday experience.

The host is very nice and friendly. She understood our plans and provided flexible pick up and drop off times. The RV is quite new and runs very well. It is easy to operate and very clean unit. Definitely going to book it again.

This was our first experience renting - Julia was great to work with, good communication and she was there on time upon delivery and return. We found the RV very spacious for our family of 4 (our kids are 9 & 11) - beds were comfy and it was very clean. Easy and good to drive and decent on gas too. We didn’t use the shower and didn’t use the toilet much, mostly just the sink. Still had to empty grey water daily and fill fresh water too - which is easy to do at national park sites especially. Propane ran the fridge and stove even without being plugged in at sites - very convenient! Overall super positive experience! Thank you!

This was a great little unit! It had everything we needed and the design was very good. We really loved the extra room for the bunk over the drivers seat and the placement of the washroom and queen bed in the back. Julia provided all the linens and towels and things we could need on our camping trip. Lots of cleaning supplies and the kitchen sink and toilet worked very well. The couple delivered and picked up the RV for us and it was so convenient! They were such a nice and friendly couple too. Great communication at all times. Fast replies when we had questions. We would highly recommend Julia and this RV again and again!😁

Julia and her husband bent over backwards. When our RV wasn’t working properly after the first night, they came out the next morning and replaced it with another RV that was even nicer than the first. It had everything we needed and the bedding was so soft and smelled so fresh. Very fast friendly and efficient communication with Julia. We would definitely recommend them to anyone and we would use them again. Thank you so much!

Had some issues with the rv and the host wasn’t of any help. Upon inquiry i asked what time i’d have to return the rv and she said before 6pm but she texted me the last night of my trip that i have to return it by 12pm as someone is renting it right after. Terrible experience

Perfect RV. Brand new truck. We did 1200 KM without any trouble. Washroom door handle is little bit sticky. Adults can do it but kids need help.

We went out to the Maritimes with Julia's RV. Probably the longest trip it has taken. Julia was a very good host. My family has disabilities and She let us look at it last fall before booking.
