There was a small issue that needed to be repaired that I was not made aware of, I discovered it when I brought home and brought down bed, however this is very very understandable as the renters had a serious medical issue while camping and had to depart in a hurry. Drop off I set them up, pick up I had to complete a lot of the tare down and clean up that I was not expecting, Again I expect due to there medical issue. They did have family meet me to drop key off, so I was disappointed family did not have trailer prepared for departure
