Justin was pleasant to work with. There was a bit of cosmetic damage done to the upper part of our rv which he denied hitting anything but offered to pay. It was minor so we told him not to worry about it. He did not want pay for the mileage to pick up the rv from our location so both agreed on half the km charged for the distance of the pick up. We do however feel that km acquired should be from the point of pick up for any further rentals.
