Communication throughout was clear and responsive, and having the trailer delivered directly to our campsite, fully set up and ready to use, made everything incredibly convenient. The unit itself was very spacious, and although we didn’t travel with children, we could easily see how the rear bunk area and dinette would work well for families. In our case, we actually used that space as extra storage, which worked perfectly for our needs. Overall, it was a smooth, well-organized experience from start to finish. The trailer was a perfect size for myself and 4 kids plus my dog. There was a little mix up with which site I was to be on and she moved the trailer with no problem. I highly suggest renting off of her and I will also do so if I need to rent again in the future.
