Nadia and her family were perfect guests! So pleased that they had a good time!

RV was picked up late (my husband waited 1/2 hour for renters to show up) and renters indicated they would be bringing it back very early on Sunday, after emailing them at 12:00 they indicated they would now be there for 2:00 we waiting for 20 minutes at the drop off location (storage facility - 15 minutes from our home) and they did not show I called and they said they would be another hour and didn't show up until after 4:00. I was not communicated with until I reached out and it was a terrible inconvenience and lost out on another renter picking up trailer.
