This RV was a good experience for the timers like us. It was quite clean and well equipped except the bunk beds that had some pet hairs on it and dirt on it. I would have rated 5 if we didn't have the water tank issue, we were told that tank got leaked. We couldn't get water in kitchen area at all. It was so tough to wash dishes. My husband had to keep filling the water tank and despite that water was only available for basin and that too hot only. Over all it was a well kept RV!
