Communication, respectful, and very accommodating. He delivered the trailer to our campsite and set everything up for us including the outdoor BBQ, outdoor shower, tables, outdoor carpets, camp chairs, and made sure we were comfortable before he left. The trailer was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. He delivered it to our event site, brought out a generator after the initial agreement had been made, and assisted when leaving the site in regard to septic pumping and removal in a timely manner from the grounds. He came through for us as a previous RV renter canceled on us last minute. He was able to deliver the unit in a timely manner. He is very professional.
