She worked with us when we had to make some last minute adjustments to our booking and was so willing to help us out with our particular pick up time request. Board games, coffee, plates, etc etc. There was so much provided with this RV. Tania responded to messages to help me out when I didn’t understand this or that and we truly lived our time in this RV. Solar panel did a great job keeping fridge cool… recommend a power site to fully use everything this RV can offer but without it’s still a good option. The trailer was well equipped with everything we could need and everything was explained about the unit accurately and thoroughly. We enjoyed our time using the camper and would rent again for sure! It was a great first experience for us with RVezy!
