It was exactly the camper trailer we needed. Joe made the whole process really easy. He provided his newish trailer clean, fully functional and exactly as he described. I've *already* recommended him to a friend who's looking to do the same thing we did.

Joe and Nellie are great hosts. They took care to make sure we understood everything about the trailer. The trailer has a good layout for a small trailer. It isn't well-equipped for boondocking, though. In particular, the black water tank is undersized. We got by for a week without hookups, but we had a camp restroom next to our site that we used during the day.
