Excellent renters, easy to deal with, nice, friendly no problems they had a hit and run accident didn’t worry about the deductible and they didn’t get time to clean the unit said he would rather just pay. They can come back anytime!

James is a really nice guy but a totally new to We’ve all been there. There were some issues on return but nothing major. As a newbie he was unprepared for the amount of time it takes to break camp so didn’t leave himself enough time to make sure everything was locked down and turned off. Thankfully he wasn’t driving far for drop off. He’s now aware and I have no doubt he will be more prepared for his next rental and be able to take extra time and attention.
