I would be very careful with this guest make sure any communication you do with him is through the messaging app. Does not understand any extra free perks. You may give him, thinks that he can get more stuff for free. One trailer was returned. It was showing full for the gray and black tanks. When advised that there may possibly be a charge for the dumping if it is not empty, David responded with I will dispute the charge, even though the readings were empty when he picked up the trailer. We resolved that at the time of drop off, but he assumed that we would attempt to gouge him for anything. Other than that, there was no other issues
