Excellent service! Highly recommended!

The check in and out is 5 star, but the motorhome itself is on its last legs as far as a rental goes compared to others on the market.

Carlos was extremely helpful and the RV was well-appointed. A family of 4 had no problem for 2 weeks in Jasper-Banff. Great experience overall.

The camper was exactly as advertised. It worked for us for a family of 5. Though no more than 4 travelled in the camper as we also took our car on the trip. The AC made camping feel luxurious even during a prolonged heatwave. We highly recommend it!

We had a great experience with this RV fir 14 days (two adults and two youths). All the functions and functionalities working perfectly and driving was great and filling/emptying the septic water and wastewater was simple. Thank you Kanata team

Very comfortable and functional motorhome, we had a fabulous time and everything worked perfectly. There was some wear and tear on the curtains which will be near to needing replacement .

The RV was exceptionally clean and ran beautifully. Carlos, who manages the RV on behalf of the owner was patient, kind, and very thorough with his walk through of the mechanical and comfort aspects of the RV. Even if you are a first time RV user, you will leave your walk through with Carlos feeling comfortable to take it on the road. We have an infant and so we did use both the heater and AC a couple times (Alberta weather!) and both worked well. The shower was hot and stove worked well. Really - it made our first “camping” trip with a baby quite comfy. The only thing that we missed was that there was no cutlery on board, which we didn’t discover until we were already parked off the grid. Our fault for not checking before we left. Just do a quick check for utensils and other staples before leaving the pre-trip inspection. We look forward to more adventures with this RV.

The sewer system didn’t work at all so que couldn’t use the bathroom at all.

This particular RV was outstanding. We were pretty new to this and Carlos helped make it a great experience for us. Everything was top notch and we were able to just enjoy everything. We had a beautiful location to camp and to have a spacious , clean and reliable unit is all you can ask for. We would do it all again in a heartbeat!

In regards of the RV itself, it’s exactly as shown in the photo and also described in description. Clean and perfectly working condition, and since it was my first Rental of an RV Carlos went the extra distance to make sure we can easily use every possible feature with confidence. Carlos was very flexible on accommodating our needs and picked and dropped us off to the airport. If I need another RV rental in Calgary he would me my choice without hesitation. We booked this RV for four nights to go to Kananaskis. I would highly recommend this owner ! He has been very professional, explaining to us in detail the use of this RV. The RV has been very clean and well maintained. It had been thoroughly disinfected. before use. Very good experience. The owner even gave us his bear spray! If this was an RBNB, then this guy would deserve to be a superhost by all means. I will definitely book it again.

Kanata A was easy and very pleasant to deal with. Our reservation got cancelled and with 2 days prior to our trip no one seems to reply. Kanata A was so quick to reply and within mins everything is booked. Super nice and very friendly. Very accommodating. Will only book with him from now on.
