John and Donna were terrific. As new Owners, we had the typical hesitations with renting out our trailer and they were all put at ease when we met them, and the trailer was returned in the same shape it went out in. Additionally, they only provided positive feedback of what other renters may be looking for to give us thoughts on how to make it better for the next renter.
