It says the trailer sleeps 8 but that definitely wouldn't be adults. The final handover was a bit frustrating because of schedule conflicts. We waited longer than we would have liked.

Perfect camper and great to deal with !

Well this was an experience to say the least. Weekend began with the trailer showing up late with no water so Alvaro had to go get water in the campsite putting our weekend two hours behind by the time he was all set up. When Alvaro and his spouse left the first night went well. The following morning (Saturday) we woke up to no power, no water, no lights, no refrigeration for our food. The battery was completely dead. We boosted it three times only for it to have no positive results. We had several seasoned trailor people look at our system, and figured that the battery was dead and would not take a charge. As a result, we moved all of our food back into our coolers and make daily trips to the park office for ice (rougly nine bags a day for Saturday, Sunday and our return trip home on Monday. We paid an indivividual to use a generator for a couple of hours and when hooked up to the generator everything worked fine so there was definitely an issue with the battery. Lots of inconvenieneces for us as we had to walk to the main shower building to have a shower 500 yards, had to us out houses the entire weekend and not fun at 3 am. Lived out of our coolers for cooking and keeping items closed. We had too major storms while we were at the event we attended and were so very grateful for the gentleman who let us use his generator to bring up the awning as we had no power. Would have really hated to see any damage to that piece of the trailer because we had no power to close it up. Family meals were mostly outside but with no power we could not play our usual family board games as we had no lights. Overall not a very good experience. On the positive side, my wife and I are working out a reduced rental fee with Alvaro and his spouse who are very nice people. We did loose some food (vegetables and milk as putting them in the coolers froze them with the ice.

Communication was extremely poor. Renter was over 2.5 hours late for drop off. They didn't even contact us in advance to let us know it was going to be late. They wouldn't call me or return my calls when I was calling them to confirm the day of. I had a terrible experience with renter.
