It has always been my dream and passion to travel. Ruben S.juin 2026RV was not ready they were “cleaning” it when we picked up and it was dirty (all seats dirty old and smelled like smoking had occurred and not aired out. I had to bleach and spray ( air out) before we were able to drive the next morning . I took out ice chest and table and washed ( which we did not use ) and if you look at the compartment below it’s dirty. I cleaned the bathroom which smelled like cigarettes and the dishes and paper lates offered looked like from 1980 and all dusty.. th RV just looked like it was in storage for a long time and was not washed on the outside either. The overall condition of the RV was poor but it was a last minute rental for a 3 day trip and I couldn’t be picky… with that said I would not have complained but when we returned The host Jeff argued that we brought it back dirty and that we would have to pay extra fees. Mind you there was some scratches on a hub cap which we don’t know where they came from but in good faith we would cover. Anything and everything else was brought back in better condition then when we left. Beds were not used for sleeping as we had hotel rooms ( I have proof) and we did not eat or cook meals in the RV as we only rode 5 hours to our destination. Now Jeff said he wanted to charge us a cleaning fee and additional fees for a stained mattress and dirty windows… so approx $500 extra fees and when I tried to dispute I was cut off and asked to get out of the RV . We will dispute and make this a formal complaint and make this public “ do not rent from this location “ or from this guy he is in a hurry and this lazy guy just wanted to “work out a deal” whatever that means!!! I don’t think so we will dispute and file a formal complaint if need be but will not allow Jeff to acuse us of negligence. In fact this company should really see that he’s lazy and unprofessional and should not be telling people he makes $350 on each rental transaction to do nothing but rent the RV
