Neil and Karen where great renters. My correspondence before the rental with Neil was timely and on point. The check out process was smooth, with both Neil and Karen asking good questions. During the rental Neil was always prompt in calling me with any issues that were out of his experience and we were successful in diagnosing them together over the phone. The return was smooth, with everything filled (propane, fuel) and emptied (black and grey) as agreed. The RV was returned clean. I would recommend Neil and Karen to other owners.
