Genola C.déc. 2024I can’t really comment on the van itself because we ended up not getting had originally secured. Gabriel explained the situation and offered a substitute. Since it was last minute, we accepted the substitution. I assume since it was a holiday, we rented actually to start on Christmas Day, that things were a little crazy on his end. We unfortunately did not receive some of the things that were supposed to be in the van and there were a few other small issues. All in all our experience was great because we were not camping. We were using it for lodging at one specific site so we did not need those things that were missing. Camping would have been a different story. In the end, Gabriel did make financial adjustments to our rental agreement. Again, communication and understanding were the best. I would still recommend renting from Gabriel.

New Thor Class B was brand new. All of his rental are excellent. This particular one has a great floor plan. Nice size fridge and plenty of storage . Bed was larger than expected and comfortable. Easy to drive and great turning radius per my husband. Don’t pass this one up. Gabriel and his RVs is a true FIND!
- Jeff F.janv. 2024My wife and were going to a bonfire and concert at a friend’s farm and needed a RV for the weekend. The Triumph 24T was the perfect size for the two of us and our dogs. The layout was great as we had a roomy queen bed, nice size shower and a dining area. Great size fridge and freezer also. The RV was easy to drive and park at 24 feet. We loved it. Gabriel, the host, was very accommodating and made the experience great. We look forward to our next trip.

He took the time to explain everything about the RV in detail and made himself available to us throughout our trip for any questions we had, which we did. The only hiccup we had was that the RV didn’t have a potable water hose and our campgrounds did not provide one. We stopped along the way to buy one and Gabriel immediately apologized and offered to reimburse us for the cost. The RV had plenty of space for my wife, me, and our dog on our 10-day trip. We will definitely be renting an RV from Gabriel again!

Even when our plane arrived 90 minutes late he was patient and understanding. I'll be renting from him again the next visit to Florida.

Drop off was informative and descriptive. It was intimidating to think about the switches and buttons, but he explained them all so well and left me feeling confident I could handle everything. I had one question during the trip and he answered so quickly. If you are thinking about renting this RV, do it! It was comfortable and it drove like a dream.
