Ruben is very punctual in picking up and in returning the RV. There is no issue whatsoever that pop-up during and after the course of the booking. He and his family took care so much of our RV and maintained so well the cleanliness inside and outside of the RV. He is a first timer of pulling up/towing an RV and i am so glad that I was able to impart to him some if not most of the important things and advantages in using an RV trailer during camping/outdoor activities.
