Jie was a pleasure to work with. We enjoyed what the trailer had to offer in our camping holiday.

Booking was very easy. JIN is very responsive to communication and made even easier the process. The trailer is very well kept and the floor plan makes it really spacious. It is fully equipped, everything went perfect. I would like to mention JIN's flexibility to work with us, that was very nice of him. Hopefully we have an opportunity to book again with him in our next trip. Thank you JIN!

Gave the unit to us in an unsafe state, three nearly flat tires, one completely bald, and the spare completely flat. Fresh water tank and lines were full of antifreeze and required flushing at site to clear. Was prompt in his communications via text, but wouldn’t respond via the app. The unit itself was nice, just disappointed in the condition it was presented to us in.

A disaster. JIE was informed we were flying into Calgary and would then be driven to Millarville. As per his instructiions I called him as soon as we landed. I had previously written him that it was a dry site and we would need a full water tank. When we arrived at the campsite - no trailer. He finally arrived almost an hour later and with NO water. What followed was a circus too detailed to go into here but later eventually got the tank filled. My husband and I are experienced RVers having had both 5th wheel and Class A and only sold our Class A after my husands major stroke - hence the rental. Other RVeezy renters there were supplied with the usual basics - salt, pepper, sugar, dish soap etc. We had absolutely none of these. There was no store at the campsite and we had no car to drive to the nearest town. We had planned to check supplies as soon as we arrived at the trailer and then would have been driven to the nearest town to obtain them. Unfortunately the store was closed by the time we finally had the trailer due to the above comments. Being battery conscious we used only enough light to find our night clothes then flashlights for bathroom breaks. My husband noticed that a green light was flashing on the fridge advising us to check the propane. As it was dark outside he shut it off to check in the morning. The next morning the single battery was stone cold dead and we had asolutely nothing from that point on. I immediately called the owner but there was no answer and I was transferred to a message service. I left a message but never ever had a reply from him. For the next three days we had no services at all and had to carry water in a dutch oven pot from the campgrounds water tap to the trailer. JIE states that he told my daughter(!) actually niece, that the battery was new but wouldn't last three days (we knew this) and her husband would have to use his truck to recharge it! She drove us out to the site in her car, was returning to Calgary and her husband doesn't even have a truck! He claimed it was a new battery that he had purchased at Costco. A unit that size should have two batteries. He did reply but only to ask the time we would be vacating the trailer and was there promptly. We had paid in advance for cleaning and as we had the main meals and festivities provided there was no cooking done in the unit (good thing as it didn't work) - only a couple of mugs were used as there were no glasses provided (not even plastic). My husband is disabled and uses a small battery powered mobility scooter. Due to the uneven ground at the campsite it had tipped over and he received a few small cuts. He thought all had been bandaged but a couple of unseen cuts on his back were missed and during the night had left small blood stains on the sheet. We freely admit to this and yes, we forgot to take out the small garbage can. This we had lined with a plastic bag (also not provided). To be charged an extra $90.00 for cleaning was adding insult to injury. Our recommendation - rent from another provider.
