He dropped it off on time and ready to go. No issues and we were super happy we picked it. Shawn and his wife were there to pick up on time too. Our kids were thrilled with the cozy bunks, and we appreciated the comfortable amenities. Although it took us a little time to get the hang of the air conditioning and heating system, it was a minor learning curve. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we can't thank Shawn enough for his exceptional service and accommodating nature. The kitchen setup is also practical, and the fridge and freezer are a reasonable size (delicate items like vegetables may freeze if kept too close to the cooling element of the fridge). The main bed was quite comfortable (didn't use any of the other beds). The RV owner is pleasant and well meaning, but more care should be taken with cleanliness.
