- Jennifer M.juil. 2026We had an unfortunate incident where we were not able to use water due to a massive leak. We asked for a partial refund due to the inconvenience. We were not able to use the trailer for the full capacity so why should we pay full price? When I did this the host has threatened to charge me the security deposit because he found hail damage, there was no hail in the area we were. He had already completed his return inspection stating no damage. It's very frustrating.
