Great Rv, very clean and cozy!

The Backyard Betsy was the perfect weekend home for my cousin and I and her two little kids. Steve was helpful in explaining how to use everything during pre-trip inspection. He was quick, efficient, and on time. The trailer was spotless and very well maintained. Steve and Michelle were easy to reach when we had a question. They even left the sweetest little welcome basket catered to the kids ages. Backyard Betsy had absolutely anything and everything we could have needed. Steven and Michelle, I really thought of everything when they were stalking the trailer. There was plenty of room for all of us, a variety of board games and a variety of DVDs.I would book with them again!!!

This was my second time renting an RV from Steve and Michelle, and once again, everything went perfectly. They delivered it right to our site, and the RV was clean, well-equipped, and super comfortable—just like last time. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to their great communication and reliability. I really appreciate how easy they make everything, and I’ll definitely keep coming back for future trips. Highly recommend!

The Hosts are amazing and very easy to speak with. They contacted us to make sure that our trip went well and they were always available if we had questions. During our drive to Saint-Tite a glass shelf broke. We were in shock when we opened the refrigerator door and noticed the glass shelf in a million pieces in the crisp drawer, we felt so awful. We just arrived and parked the trailer, not a great start and we were discouraged. Both Michelle and Steve made us feel at ease right away. It's so stressful when something breaks and it's not yours. We didn’t realize how much things the trailer came with. I packed most of my camping goods like pots, pans, toaster and utensils and soon realized that it wasn’t needed. I did use all of my personal things but maybe next time I will lighten my packing a little as I see how equipped their trailer was. The trailer has everything a person may need for a trip and more. The trailer was also clean and comfortable it made everything perfect. We have been going to the western festival for 20 years now and it is difficult to find a trailer for people with hypersensitivity and this was the perfect one. Just wanted to again let you know how much we appreciate all the work you put into making our trip very enjoyable. We know how much goes into keeping a trailer clean, homy and comfortable. You’ll surely be hearing from us for next year. Thank you once again.

Michelle and Steve are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were communicative, friendly and made our first time staying in an RV easy and enjoyable. Drop off and pick up was a breeze and they were flexible as our plans evolved. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this RV again. It was spacious and clean with thoughtful amenities even down to the flashlight I forgot to bring just hanging on the door waiting for me. If you’re a first timer don’t hesitate to try this one out.

Very nice and clean trailer with lots of extras. Very friendly and accommodating hosts who were always quick to respond to any questions. Great trailer for a family with kids. Games and movies available to keep big and little kids happy. We highly recommend!

This trailer is exceptional! Tons of sleeping space, the kitchen is well equipped, washroom is fantastic with it's separate entrance to the outside. The motorized awning was so easy to pull in when a big storm rolled through. It was one of the hottest weekends of the summer yet so the Air Conditioning definitely saved us. Everything about this trailer was absolutely perfect for our needs. Owners were a dream to work with! Got everything set up, gave us a very helpful tour, and left us everything we needed. Amazing communication before, and throughout our stay.

Michelle and her husband were amazing, trailer was impeccable, better than described, seamless delivery and pick up and they were always available for questions quickly returning calls and text! Highly recommend!
