He took lots of time to go over everything about his trailer, which is brand new and very clean inside! He answered all of our questions, and was very helpful when we had a small problem with the black water tank sensor in the middle of our trip, even offering to come out to our campsite in Arrowhead to empty the tank for us! Even though this wasn't required, it was appreciated! Finally, the dimwit that I am, I apparently lost the keys to the trailer when we were leaving the campground, and Jim even drove back to the campground with us to help us look for them! Luckily they had been turned into the front office by another camper, so all was in order. Great overall experience!
