We had a great experience renting Lennox’s RV! Lennox was very helpful and communicated quickly throughout the whole process. We really appreciated the flexibility he provided by allowing us to pickup the trailer a few hours early and drop it off a couple hours later. His orientation was very thorough and he provided us with all the information and equipment we needed in order to enjoy our vacation. The trailer itself was very nice. There were two of us and our dog. The setup/layout of the trailer is ideal for a couple, but would also work for a small family with young kids. Some dishes and utensils are provided, but they were pretty basic, so we ended up using our own cooking/eating utensils. The interior was in great shape and everything worked perfectly. We had some rain during our trip, which was made much easier to handle by the very nice TV and BluRay player equipped in the trailer. The awning had a leak at its attachment point to the trailer, which led to some wet shoes during the rain. We communicated this issue to Lennox when we returned the trailer. He was unaware of the issue and said he would be sure to repair the awning to ensure future renters do not experience the same. Overall we had a great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend this RV to any prospective renters! Thanks Lennox!
