Shynai and Dean were very friendly and responsive. There were a couple of minor setup things we reported and they were open to quickly coming to resolve. The trailer and their support was great. The only thing was my expectation would have been similar to an Airbnb where everything I need for the week was there, organized and ready for our family to utilize. This was only their second time renting it out and after having my feedback on setup and inventory I think the trailer will be much more prepared for the next guests!

Shynai and her husband were very responsive and accommodating. The trailer was brand new and comfortably fit our family of four. We recommend renting from Shynai and her husband as we will definitely do so for future holidays.
