Richard was very nice and answered all questions at the beginning. Explained everthing well for setup. Travel trailer was as described, our family had a lovely weekend. Thanks again Richard! Would recommend renting this trailer.

Richard is truly a great person. He was fully available and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The RV was in excellent condition, we had a wonderful family vacation. I recommend him 100%.
