À propos de Alfredo

This was our first time renting an RV and it was just what we needed to have a stress free, relaxing weekend. The queen bed was comfortable and we slept well. Alfredo dropped off and picked up the trailer and was easy to communicate with. We have four kids under 12 and they liked sleeping together in the bunk beds.

Alfredo was a joy to work with and the trailer met our needs and was large and clean

Amazing service, Alfredo made maximum efforts to exceed our expectations. Highly recommend

We had a blast taking Alfredo's rv to Lake McClure. He was very easy to communicate with and the trailer was just what we needed. Will definitely be doing it again!

RC was great and clean Great time no problems will use them again Sorry for empty propane tank

Exactly what we were looking for! Had a great trip. Alfredo is a great host and very responsive.

Very responsive. Quality RV!

Very easy to work with and flexible. Toy hauler was very clean and would definitely rent again.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in this trailer! Alfredo was polite, professional, and quick to respond. We will definitely book with him again!

Nice coach

Alfredo was easy to work with when scheduling drop off and pickup. Along with showing us how everything works. RV was comfortable for my family and definitely will consider it again for next time

This was our first time using RVezy and we couldn’t have been happier. Alfredo’s trailer was perfect for the family and everything from the booking process, delivery and checkout was very simple. Thanks Alfredo!

Communication great trailer was exactly what he said it would be and the service was great

Alfredo was wonderful to work with answer my call when I had questions... and was around a great experience

We were pleasantly surprised by all the space, kitchen items, and other things that made our experience so great. Alfredo was accommodating to our request, great customer service! Trailer was clean and tidy.

Very helpful, understanding, and flexible. Would definitely will be renting from him again.

This RV was excellent and Alfredo was great to work with. I would highly recommend renting with him and his equipment!

I will definitely rent from Alfredo again. His rental is so clean and very nice. This was my first time renting anything like this, and Alfredo was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I paid for delivery and it was delivered on time, he hooked up everything, and even showed me how certain features worked. My camping trip was a huge success because of this rental, and I hope to deal with Alfredo again in the future. I 100% recommend renting from him.

This is an absolutely pristine trailer! The king bed was seriously one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. We’ll definitely rent this from Alfredo again!

My experience was good nice and good RV very nice

Everything was all good. Our family has never used an RV so having Alfredo deliver and set everything up was awesome! It was basically like walking into a hotel room. We didn’t really need to do anything other than put on the sheets. A/C works great! Good amount of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The RV floor was a little sandy and we had to mop it but you can probably expect that with a toy hauler I suppose.

RV was good, clean, well equipped. Good value.

RV was delivered and left with us completely un-level. We had experienced campers near us who were able to help us get the unit level front to back but the side to side level never got resolved. Reached out to owner who eventually got back to me and wrote out the steps to level it, instead of sending the delivery guy back to us. I messaged the owner right away in hopes he would tell the delivery guy to turn around and come back. I paid for delivery but received just a drop off type of service. Not a great experience. The RV was clean and as advertised. When the delivery guy came back to pick up the RV, he ran it into a brick wall on the way out. Caused quite the scene at our campout. The delivery guy had to disassemble the block wall to get the RV out. It was a straight shot out of the park, not sure why he couldn’t make it without damaging the property..

Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of communication and support from the host. The stove burners and oven were not usable for us, and there was no lighter provided. We spent a significant amount of time trying to figure out how to get the appliances working. Because we could not use the cooking appliances, we were unable to cook the food we had brought and had to spend additional money eating out. Pickup was also delayed by about 1 hour and 15 minutes, and despite multiple calls and messages, we had difficulty reaching the host. We understand that issues can sometimes happen with an RV, but what was most disappointing was not having timely support when we needed it. Unfortunately, this significantly affected our overall RV experience.
