RV was perfect, what I expected. Only 4 stars because Jack's were broken.

I had the opportunity to rent Krista's trailer this weekend, unfortunately there were a handful of preventable issues encountered which made this experience less than desirable. There were a total of five patrons, two of which were seniors(70+), one toddler, one preganant woman and myself. We opted to rent a trailer to keep ourselves comfortable and warm thru the cold nights at this time of year. Sadly, this rental was not even close to par. The first night the furnace did not seem to work which left us in the cold and very uncomfortable. Essentially leaving us awake thru the night just trying to keep warm. It is the tail end of summer so the nights dipped down to about 7 degrees. The next morning, after some checking it seemed the thermostat was not functioning correctly. The second night was much the same, the furnace yet again was not operational. We did more testing found the battery was not keeping a charge, therefore hindering the furnace from igniting - again leaving us in the cold. With that, the water pump was not functioning as no power was present leaving the bathroom unusable. An alarm also goes on when the battery is low, so that kept us awake until the battery was completely drained. Krista was easy to deal with and very apologetic, however preventative measures and checks could have avoided these issues encountered making our experience more pleasurable and worth the money we paid for the rental. Negatives: - Furnace is not reliable - Battery does not hold a charge leaving all amenities useless - Propane was less than a third full when unit was picked up, second tank was empty and unusable - Jack stands were found damaged which is unsafe when unit is supposed to be leveled - Hitch provided had a two inch drop which lowered the tongue and jack stand Postive: - Krista was easy to get a hold of and easy to deal with

Krista was amazing to deal with...super friendly...worked with us for pick and drop off times...

Very understanding and friendly people to rent from, although the trailer had a few maintenance issues (awning was broken, canvas wasn't dried out previously, septic wasn't emptied from previous renters). Excellent trailer to stay in though, and there was excellent flexibility with pick up and drop off as well as communication.

It was just right for my family of 4. Slept all of us quite comfortably. Renters were very nice and helpful as well.
