Bill C.sept. 2021OK RV for first-timer. Very friendly and helpful owner. We took this RV out for 16 nights for an epic maritime journey with the kids(>4000 km driven). I wish the owner could fix up any deficiencies beforehand. The awning was unusable due to damage by the previous renter. There were also some other minor wear and tears that we didn't expect. The AC was not working during our trip. The auto-levelling system was not calibrated and failed to retract at one point. The silver lining is the owner is willing to cover the repair expense while we were on the road when roadside assistance told us that they wouldn't cover such issues. The large vehicle is not too difficult to handle, but don't expect a smooth ride, you will feel every bump on the road. It is also gas-guzzling. But I guess this could be common for most class C motorhomes. I suggest avoiding super long driving trips with this RV. I would give it 4.5 stars if all those fixable issues were resolved before our pickup. We still have an amazing trip and very much enjoyed our first RV experience.- Kaila D.août 2021We had such an amazing time. It truly was Family Fun on Wheels. Katie was amazing to communicate with and very understanding of camping troubles! Instructions were clear and simple and left us with no questions. I would recommend everyone take this luxury vacation at least once in their lifetime. Memories that us and the kids will never forget.

The bed is comfortable, as are the seats throughout. The unit is very clean and well maintained. Already talking about renting it next year to go down east.

- TERRY C.sept. 2022We had a couple of delays caused by mechanical failures during our trip – the stabilizing jacks failed to retract and the power steps would not retract. As well, the hot water was inconsistent and the entertainment system did not work. Katie agreed to extend our trip as compensation for our time and reimburse us for the costs that we incurred. The trip was successfully extended, but after we returned the RV, we reached out to her a few times for the final reimbursement, without resolution. Family Fun on Wheels did not meet our expectations. We can not give a good review until these issues are resolved.
