She was understanding and patient with our questions and inquiries. We had trailer delivered to our campsite, and Diane was very responsive and accommodating to our requests in regards to that. The trailer is very spacious, clean, and in great shape. The separate bunk area in back was a favorite with the kids and allowed us to utilize the rest of the trailer after they were in bed. Full size fridge inside and a separate beer fridge in the outdoor kitchen kept all our food and drinks cold. Typical Alberta camping had us use both the furnace and A/C. Both worked great. Trailer is stocked with all the basics and everything was clean and in working order. Will definitely seek out this trailer for rental in the future. The trailer was perfect and Diane was wonderful. Thanks.

The unit is perfect for families and was very clean and ready for us to move right in. I highly recommend Diane's Modern Roomy Home on Wheels to anyone looking for a successful rental experience.
