She was so flexible with the pick up and drop off times, and was also so quick with communication when we had questions. RV was spacious, clean and had so many extra amenities, like games and wifi which is great for rainy days. The van was gorgeous and had absolutely everything you could need for an excellent time away... even WIFI! It was given to us clean and with everything working perfectly. This layout is incredible for 3 people. I'd recommend Colleen's van to anyone!

Colleen's trailer was in immaculate shape and loaded with so many extras that we would never have thought of (e.g., even has an air fryer??!!! :D) that made our Thanksgiving adventure to Algonquin Park even more magical. We had a couple of hiccups along the way (our car's alternator died) and Colleen made even those mishaps easy to work through with her cool and calm communication manner. My family and I are already planning our next road trip north and won't hesitate for even a minute to rent from Colleen again. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU, Cool-leen!
