Joel is an exceptional renter. He displayed politeness, knowledge, and excellent communication skills throughout the rental process. He consistently adhered to the estimated pick up and drop off times and returned the unit in impeccable condition. I would be absolutely delighted to have the opportunity to rent to him again.
