Great service by the host .. Great first time experience using a rental would rent again

The RV was well-equipped and had everything we needed for our camping trip, which made the overall experience enjoyable. However, when we picked it up, it wasn't as clean as expected, so we had to spend some time cleaning it before heading out. Additionally, we encountered a recurring issue with the car battery, which required us to jump-start the RV almost every time. Thankfully, the owner provided us with a portable jump-start battery on the first day, which helped, but it was still inconvenient. Overall, the trip was good, but these issues affected our journey.

Nous avons été déçu. La propreté laissait à désirer lorsque nous avons pris possession. Différentes fonctions (camera de recul, radio et pull-out) ne fonctionnaient pas adéquatement.

We enjoyed a 2 week vacation on the east coast in this vehicles. The mileage included allowed us to cover the distance of the trip under contract. We picked up the vehicle on a holiday Monday the day after another booking was complete. This unfortunately meant the owners did not have a chance to address a few issues that came about on an earlier rental. They let us know about an issue with the slider which definitely impacted us on our trip, however because of our scheduled vacation we proceeded knowing this issue existed. We also discovered a few additional issues at our first camp that had not been raised during our inspection (grey water leak, cracked TV screen). A consideration we will have for next time is to look into making sure there is enough time to service the vehicle prior to a rebooking. We will be providing recommendations to the hosts to allow time to address issues between rentals and improved communication about the current vehicle issues.
