Our family had a wonderful experience camping in this trailer! Beautiful, clean, and equipped with all the essentials. Tyler was very helpful and had great communication throughout the entire experience.

This was our first time camping, and renting from Tyler made it a fantastic experience! I was traveling with my 75-year-old mom, who has mobility challenges, and my teenage son. Tyler was incredibly patient, easygoing, and thoughtful—he made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. He was always just a message away and was very punctual. The RV was spotless—honestly felt like near-sanitized conditions. Fresh linens were provided, along with cooking utensils, foil, paper towels, extra toilet paper, and even a backup propane tank. We had no issues with power or water all weekend. Tyler didn’t miss a single detail, which made a huge difference for us as first-timers. This trip gave our little family a chance to slow down, reconnect, and heal. Thank you, Tyler, for helping make this such a meaningful and stress-free experience. Great guy to rent a camper from, I didn’t have hitch that was the right size to pull the camper so Tyler let me borrow his own, we I didn’t have to buy one. Tyler was fine

The RV itself met all our expectations and we were happy with the unit for the two of us for the weekend. That being said, we were very disappointed in the lack of communication leading up to our trip, including arranging a pick up time. We sent a message the week before asking if we could pick up the unit at 9 am. We got a response a day later saying that we need to arrange the pick up time the day before our booking. At 8am the day before our booking we sent a message asking to confirm we could pick up the unit at 9am the following day. We got no response. At 4pm we sent another message. Again, we got no response. At 6:30 the night before our booking we called the host and were told we could pick it up at 11, but to check the morning of as maybe we could get it at 10. The morning of our reservation the host messaged to ask for 11:00 pick up. We drove from out of town and arrived at the location at 11. At 11:10 there was another guy waiting at the gates also waiting for the host. At 11:15 the host shows up and proceeds to try to get both ourselves and the other gentlemen set up with our respective RVs. We were told to hook up to our RV, and as we went to jack it up to hook on the jack came apart and the trailer fell into the dirt. The host told us to wait while he dealt with the other party, but it turns out they didn’t have the right ball size for their trailer as that wasn’t communicated to them pre-trip either. The host then left to get ‘supplies’. My husband and I fixed our trailer with the tools we had and got hooked up, then proceeded to have to wait half and hour for him to return so we could do the departure inspection. We ended up leaving at 1 when all was said and done. It was very disappointing to be double booked for pick up times, delaying our travel times, especially when there was trouble with both peoples units. The icing on the cake was when we got to our campsite, we went to grab lawn chairs. In the description of the rental it said that 4 were included. There was only 2 chairs, one of which was a child’s chair - not suitable for an adult. All in all, the unit was great, but the host was frustrating to deal with and the chair situation was very disappointing.

Was promised a 9 AM pick up time and didn’t get the trailer until after 2:30 pm which ruined the first day of our trip. Good thing we didn’t need propane because only one tank had any gas left and was almost empty. Last guests eggos were left in stove!

Overall our family was able to have a wonderful camping trip with this trailer! However, it did not come without a few issues. The morning the trailer was dropped off, Tyler arrived and showed us a bunch of pictures of a very damaged trailer...the trailer that was dropped off to us had been returned by previous renters that morning with significant damage, they had basically trashed the unit. The refrigerator was dented, there was a hole in the RV wall by the table, the table was loose and unsteady. None of these caused any issues with the functionality of the trailer. There was other damage that had been cleaned up/fixed prior to drop off. The trailer could have been cleaner. Tyler did mention that he had been busy all day working on the trailer to get it into decent condition for us. We are very understanding people and we can see that he had done a lot of work cleaning things up, but things were certainly not perfect. All of the utensils were filthy in the drawers, same with some of the cookware. The stove top was covered in a thick layer of grease. This was easy enough for me to get cleaned up. However, the worst thing was the strong fishy smell in the fridge and especially freezer, which took over the trailer when it was opened. The ice we put in the freezer ended up with a fishy smell/taste. The freezer will need some special attention to get the smell cleaned out properly before the next renters. And lastly, we did run out of water in about 24 hours after the unit was dropped off. This was after only flushing the toilet a handful of times/washing hands, and doing 2 sinks of dishes (we did not over-use the water or anything.) We did not have a vehicle that could tow the unit to get the water filled (we had paid for delivery of the unit to the campsite). Luckily, we were able to find enough hoses from other campers to link together to reach the drinking water tap which happened to be somewhat near by, and we were able to fill it up. This would have been really terrible for our trip if we hadn't been able to get the water filled. We think a lot of water was used/expelled during the set up process when trying to get the air expelled from the system etc. Tyler was very helpful and walked us through everything he could during set up. He was very quick to respond to our messages (we couldn't get the burners to work at first) and was able to walk us through the trouble shooting. We appreciated the reliable communication.

This little trail lite is great! It had a very comfy bed and everything we needed in the kitchen. The full sized fridge is a huge bonus. This unit also has two propane tanks and a quick connect gas line, so it would be great for cooler weather or if you brought a BBQ along.

Tyler was great with the arranged drop off and pick up times, the trailer was clean, new and fit our family of 5 comfortably. Be sure to take sufficient photos of any damage (even a small ding or scratch). You will get charged for it if you do not have photos evidence. There was an exceptional big storm the day the trailer was dropped off and there was a significant leak on the master bed. Tyler was sure to check in with us that it did not continue and levelled the trailer to direct rain off of the area with the leak. There was a miscommunication with delivery charges that I did have to dispute. Be sure to calculate the kms correctly to your destination or you will be charged a fee for any kms over what you were quoted (even a very small amount).

This was a very smooth rental, Tyler was great t deal with and extremely easy to contact. We would rent this unit again.

We had a generally positive experience with the trailer rental, but I was surprised by an additional cleaning fee that was not mentioned upfront for the outside of the trailer. When the trailer was delivered by Tyler, the gravel roads were wet as it had rained, so he requested an additional fee at the end to clean the exterior. It would have been helpful to know about this fee in advance to better manage expectations. Despite this, everything was great! We would definitely rent from him again!

Has essentials. Bring your own coffee cups! My 2200 watt inverter ran the AC. Holding tanks seem to fill quickly. longer than 4 days impossible without emptying(not gonna happen if unit was delivered)

Tyler was great to work with and everything was as stated. The trailer was clean and in good repair. Tyler responded to messages quickly and was very helpful. He was easy to work with and showed us how everything worked. The only thing I would say is that the trailer could not sleep 10 adults. For adults, the bunks were singles, not big enough for 2. The main Queen bed was great! The table and sofa fold downs might fit small children, but not adults, so you just need to be aware of that. I was glad we were only 4 adults. Overall a great experience.

Trailer worked very well, we had a great 3 days at an outdoor wedding on a ranch! The shower and toilet function very well however I am a big man and found it quite restricted, other than that great!!

It would have been helpful to know about this charge in advance to manage expectations better. Additionally, some of our team members who stayed in this trailer mentioned that the water ran out rather quickly, possibly due to a smaller tank, and some of the kitchen items listed were missing. During check-out, I noticed that the inside of the windows seemed a bit damp, and there was a small leak in the kitchen sink tap. However, Tyler advised us to keep the water pump off when not in use, and once we did, the leak was no longer an issue. Despite these minor concerns, everything else was great, and we would definitely rent from him again!

Advertised cooking utensils/pots/pans - there were 8-10 paper plates and pans with Teflon pealing off of them like paint. Additionally, you can’t use the propane you purchase from from this renter for the portable bbq that you also purchase from them.

The RVEasy was ok to deal with, the owner of the trailer was uncooperative and difficult to deal with. A lack of effective communication and being disorganized resulted in the delivery of the trailer very late in the evening. The trailer lacked the advertised bedding and toiletries that were advertised in his add. When asked to compensate for the lost time and supplies he verbally stated he would compensate with a day off the rental then proceeded the following day to not honor his verbal agreement. I would strongly advise to rent from a diffrent owner!

The ad says that the RV comes equipped with everything...cutlery, paper plates, paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, cups, etc. and that the fridge can either be run on propane or 120V power. We picked up the trailer and find out the trailer fridge was replaced with a regular fridge - not an rv fridge - so it only runs on 120V which meant we had to run a generator all weekend to keep our food and breast milk cold, as we had their 5 month old baby with us. The RV had nothing it said it would. It had 1 roll of toilet paper - no garbage bags, no paper towel, 3 paper plates, 2 plastic forks. We had to drive an hr, into town and spend$300 purchasing everything we needed as well as gas for the generator to keep it running. Three days after we returned the trailer the "Super host" sends us a request for an additional $110 saying that we clearly drove on a dirt road so he was charging us for him to get out his pressure washer and wash it saying he thought it was more than fair. I'm sorry but who goes camping and doesn't drive on a dirt road? Shouldn't that be included in the cleaning fee. We were given the option to decline or accept the payment. A camping trip for our family ended up costing us well over $1000 cause of this company and their supposed "Super host"! My recommendation would be to avoid it altogether!
