Drives really well! Comfortable ride. Just a few issues that should be noted. The passenger side seatbelt doesn’t work properly. It’s difficult to pull out slack. The windows are quite drafty we found, which made for a colder drive if sitting in the back of the van. Wouldn’t recommend the bed above the cockpit. Anyone who is at all claustrophobic would not be able to sleep up there. The bed in the back is comfortable! All the appliances work well which is a nice feature for sure. Would recommend this van if only 2 or 3 are using it.

First of all, I must say that my daughter and I had a WONDERFUL time camping in ‘Chester’ this last weekend. As mentioned in the description, he was a super easy drive with very few blind spots. The bed in the back was quite comfy and we slept like a dream! Zenna was great when it came to our communication by answering any questions that I had leading up to the day of the rental , and was very accommodating on our return time as well. Being a total RV newbie, I did not know how to operate the propane to get the fridge up and running. Zenna tried to start it for me before I left (which we both believed she did get it going after some effort) but unfortunately, after arriving at camp and giving it a few hours to reach a cool temperature (as she mentioned it would take) the fridge not did end up working. Not sure if this was something that could have been fixed (as I mentioned, I’m a total newbie and wasn’t 100% on how to attempt to get it going again). Maybe including a manual explaining how to operate the extra’s could be helpful for newbies like me! The fridge had a very foul smell coming from it as well. Thankfully, I brought a cooler and the campsite we were staying at sold ice. The description also noted that the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, however, there was only one coffee mug and one wine glass in the van. The other dishes stocked were left dirty in the camper from the previous renter (I’m assuming) and pulling sticky, dirty dishes out of the cupboard wasn’t something I was anticipating. All in all, I would definitely recommend renting ‘Chester’ if you’re looking for an easy getaway in a cozy camper van, and I would even rent him again myself! There were just a few things I feel like needed to be mentioned so the next renter doesn’t encounter the same hiccups I experienced.

Senna and her husband went out of their way to ensure a smooth trip with Lavern. The RV was exactly what was portrayed and it was just perfect for my little trip. Super nice people and a great little camper. See you guys next year 😊

Chester was a good little van & Zenna was very easy to communicate with. Would possibly book again.
